Merry Christmas Haylofters!

May I take this opportunity to once again say a huge thank you for your continual support for us here at Hayloft and for both reading and subscribing to the blog. I hope you have found some of the content both interesting and educational with a dash of entertainment perhaps? I love hearing from you all and will always seek for your suggestions and comments. What would you like to read about in 2018?

This year at Hayloft has been incredibly busy but fun all the same. We have waved goodbye to some old faces and welcomed a few new. We have some exciting projects on the go and lots of new ideas to share.Watch this space!!

Christmas has sprung upon us so quickly, as it so often does. Are you all ready for the big day? I hope that you are feeling organised with decorations up, food in the fridge, presents wrapped and placed under the tree. Remember to take some time out with your feet up, preferably with a box of quality street within reaching distance and a glass of sherry (or something else that you would only ever drink at Christmas). For those with last minute Christmas shopping still to do - make a list! It'll make you feel better I can assure you.

If you are travelling over Christmas, please make sure you get to your destination safely!

We are all looking forward to spending time with our friends and families whilst having a break from work for a few days. The packers have stopped packing and the office is rather quiet - we have therefore been able to enjoy a plethora of Christmas music on the radio this week.

For me, I will driving down the M5 this evening, listening to 'Driving home for Christmas' and perhaps a bit of the Rat Pack. I am very much looking forward to spending the festive season with my family in Dorset and my friends in Devon to see in the New Year.

I love having a big family, but my word it is expensive!

I thrive off the challenge of cooking Christmas dinner for my family and preparing nibbles for the nieces and nephew on Boxing Day. I have also titled myself 'game master' in order to fulfill that very difficult job of entertaining the children for 8 solid hours - wish me luck!

What are your plans for Christmas this year?

What do you do with your day?

For now, all that is left for me to say is:

I look forward to catching up with you all in 2018.

and all the ladies at Hayloft x
